| Abstract: | Tariff policy is a means of macro regulation and control under the market economy, which is embodied from the establishment of the targets of tariff policies on finance, industrial protection and free trade. In China's macro regulation and control, the theory of tariff structure or the theory of tariff effective protection can not be neglected when tariff policies are selected and formulated to bring into play the role of tariff as an adjustment means. This theory has policy significance in establishing the principle of rational tariff structure, reducing the overall tariff rate, designing diversified tariff structure and perfecting the model of tariff rate structure. |
