| Abstract: | Senior management developers from 20 leading companies met recently (1997). Their concern was to develop the leadership capabilities of management within their companies and firms. Leadership is seen, without doubt, as a key performance differentiator btw. large companies today. How can this intangible, however, best be developed through training ? The leadership training programmes currently under design and implementation in companies with lessons provided are in focus of the review. |
