Abstract:The world of marketing is continually evolving. New technologies create new and innovative means for interacting with customers. The Web has created a new revolution in marketing by providing much more than just a new medium through which organizations can communicate with the public. Thus, a new marketing arena is created, complete with a new distribution structure, moving organizations closer to their customers. The model of the article suggests a series of guidelines and strategic managerial considerations.
