Abstract:At present, the reform of state-owned enterprises in China falls into dire straits in system. The way out lies in the following: We must discard the traditional theory which takes the proportion of state-owned economy as the measuring standard of keeping to socialist road and get rid of the theory and concept that the low of state-owned assets is the drain of state-owned assets. On that basis, we should also make strategic adjustment in the allocation of state-owned assets and concentrate our efforts of occupy the "commanding point". As to the state enterprises left after the strategically adjustment, the state should "feed" them and make them grow healthily.
