| Abstract: | Before reform and opening up, the developing situation of industrial regional structure in China was the vertical division of work which, however, has been replaced by the horizontal division of work after reform and opening up. China's cross-century policy option is to reorganize the regional industries in a bid to make every regional industry realize relative specialization and upgrading, and yield good economic returns of scale. To this end, we should support the reorganization properly and place the supporting point of investment tilting to the central and western area on transportation and communications, Besides. we should strengthen the function of market and encourage the-regional acquisition and merger of enterprises. |
