Abstract:In the negotiation on China's entry into WTO, America, Japan and European countries though that if the right dealing in foreign trade was refused to be relaxed or can not be relaxed completely in China, this would hinder foreign goods from entering the Chinese market. A tentative idea about reform of the right of dealing in foreign trade in China is as follows: 1. granting more production enterprises and research institutes or academies the right of dealing in foreign trade, 2. continuing to strictly examine and approve the right of import and export of the companies in the circulation field, 3. making experiments in relaxing the right of dealing import and export business in Special Economic Zones, 4. establishing Chinese -Foreign join ventures dealing in foreign trade, which the pilot projects of have been launched in Pudong and Shenzhen.
