Abstract: | The challenge for managers is to recognise the complex forces which guide our actions and to question the underlying assumptions which sustain them. Building learning commitments is one way of accepting that challenge. This paper charts the work over a period of three years with a Health Care trust providing health and social care services to people with learning difficulties. In it the authors describe their approach, the underlying assumptions and their own initial observations. |
