Abstract:Ethical negotiation is not only morally right, but it is also more profitable. Negotiations are an integral part of all business environments. This paper touches on some ethical rules: The Golden Rule, universalism, utilitarianism, and distributive justice. The guidance does not make negotiating easy, but those who take care to negotiate ethically should find the process better for them, also economically.
