| Abstract: | In order to deal with uncertainties and preserve competitiveness, enterprises must focus their strategic thinking to more than one simple and alleged exact prognostible future. Scenario management is a powerful method to deal with multiple futures and to sreate scenarios adjusted precisely to a particular situation. Scenario management also recommends approaches to create corporate or business strategies. Scenario management is used in concrete projects of strategic management, product development, technology management, and regional development. |
