| Abstract: | This paper makes an analysis with regard to the economic development stage which China is in and the characteristics of development and also raises the suitable development countermeasures. It thinks that China has stepped into the "take-off" stage after years of development since the founding of New China, especially since reform and opening up. In the "take-off" stage, the economic development will stress adjusting and optimizing economic structure, raising the quality and benefits of economic operation. Besides, the pace of establishing the new system of socialist market economy will be quickened, more efforts made to raising funds and opening up new channels for it and stress put on maintaining social stability in that stage. |
