| Abstract: | As marketization is taken as guidance in the merger of enterprises in China, the first step has been made in solving the problem of loss incurred in an enterprise, strengthening enterprises' strength and expanding the fields for competition. But there exist many policy barriers The market system needs to be improved further. The reforms in finance, price, labour service, tax collection, technology, real estate and social security are necessary. In addition, the property rights of enterprises need to be clarified and a perfect legal system established for the legal guarantee of merger of enterprises. With the merger of enterprises developing, the prospects for the merger of Chinese enterprises are bright. |
