| Abstract: | This paper makes an exploration as to such issues as the choice of products and equipment, products' being dovetailed in the period of transition and conducting management locally in the management of large joint venture projects. It thinks that the following should be done if we realize the shift of foreign investment work from stressing the quantity of projects, speed and examination approval to quality management and economic returns: First, we should change our concept. Second, we should take measures suited to local conditions according to the new characteristics of foreign investment. Third, we should attach importance to the long-term management work of enterprises. Concretely-speaking, we should handle well the relationships between products and market demand, between products and technological introduction and development,etc. |
