| Abstract: | In order to solve the future problem of the balance between supply and demand of grain, China should base on domestic resources and realize the self-supply of grain on the whole. Meanwhile it shouldn't exclude international trade of grain and other farm products. In order to realize the goal of China's agricultural development in the early 21st century, we must always insist on the development principle which places agriculture as the priority in the national economy. In this way, we can provide a good policy environment as well as a solid institutional foundation for the development of agriculture in China. |
