| Abstract: | Greek gods' names and their characteristics are used to classify types of corporate cultures. Cultures have everything to do with whether telecommuting is likely to be plus or minus for an organization. Telecommuting trend, enabled by technology, has advantages and disadvantages for employees and organizations. These should be analyzed carefully before this work arrangement is endorsed. |
