| Abstract: | Under the condition of continuous reduction in tariff rate and removing of non-tariff barrier, technology barrier will be a major method for developed countries to protect their domestic markets. For the future long period of time, it also will be the most massive and most difficult barrier, which was faced by China export trade, to overcome. Due to the rigorous technical requirement, China many products have no access to international market; In the face of much higher criteria of technique, security and health quarantine, some products having entered international market were forced to secede, etc. Therefore, government and enterprises should scheme out countermeasures as early as possible. |
