| Abstract: | Issues of farmers' burden looks as too much burdens on farmers on the surface, in fact, it is owing to irrational farmers' burden system. The nuclear of farmers' burden system is external supply of public products system in rural community. The keys for solving the issues are to reform the original supply system, to restructure supply system of public products in rural areas and farmers' burden system. |
