| Abstract: | There are eight ways as follows: 1.to carry out the policy of "losing small corporations relax" and to set up effective enterprise system in all public middle and small corporations; 2. the policy of multi ownership co-development should be in fact in works; 3.to define corporations' property right of their common management; 4. to enforce middle and small corporations' circulation; 5. to improve market system; 6.to real put down middle and small corporation' burden; 7.to enforce the action of business community; and to provide each kinds of social services for middle and small corporations. |
