| Abstract: | The government should policy support to laid off workers re-employment, improve social security system, educate and guide the whole society to correct realize laid off workers' re-employment, build up and foster labour power market, enforce laid off workers skill training, make up and improve re-employment operational system and relative law, and make unemployment and re-employment legal. |
