| Abstract: | The paper discusses problems of Ningxia textile industrial structural regulation from industrial structural direction and its important point, production structural direction and asset structural regulation. The counter-measures are to enforce textile corporations' bankruptcy and annexing, reorganize assets, carry out strategies of science and education making textile industry prosperous, heighten production innovation abilities and market competition power. |
