| Abstract: | Whilst much has been done and achieved, much still remains to be done. The market for accounting research journals is becoming increasingly competitive, and this poses a continuous and demanding challenge for EAR to develop. The journal has just started to operate with an entirely restructured editorial organization, with an editorial team consisting of an editor, seven associate editors and an assistant editor. The major aim of this restructuring is to get people from different fields of accounting research and from different parts of Europe, closely involved in the running of the journal. |
