| Abstract: | The authors imply that a factor seldom discussed in good health care management is the concept of the complete kit. The concept maintains that medical procedures should not commence before all items required to complete the task are at hand. The complete kit consists of medical documents, medical tools, information etc. The authors incorporate the concept into managerial philosophies e.g. the Theory of Constraints and Total Quality Management. |
