These actions represented a clear transgression of the ethicla norm to compete fairly and constructively and lead to adverse effects on consumers. In this article, first a concise synopsis of anti-trust litigation is provided. After that the main allegations against Microsoft, the rationale behind those allegations, and Microsoft's defence are reviewed.
