| Abstract: | This article presents a conceptual framework for analyzing processes of project-based learning. The concept of project ecology and it's constitutive layers (the core team, the firm, the epistemic community, and the personal networks) are introduced. Two learning processes and logics for creating knowledge are examined comparing the cumulative learning logic of the software technology in Munich and the disruptive learning logic of advertising ecology in London. |
