| Abstract: | The dramaturgical term of 'peripety' designates a 'moment of sudden change'. This article explores a R&D project where the process dynamics did not follow the typical pattern, but took a dramatic turn in a short period of time instead. The reasons for the dramatic change in process dynamics and the mechanisms of peripety are discussed. |
