| Abstract: | The paper stresses the importance of evolutionary processes and behavioural genetics for organizational behaviour. It connects evolutionary biology and psychology, Darwinian theories, behavioural genetics and individual differences. It provides a review on cognitive ability, personality, job attitudes and leadership, all concepts relevant to organizational behaviour. It also discusses mechanisms explaining genetic influences on organizational outcomes and current issues on the field. |
