| Abstract: | The authors build up a model about how managerial competencies and skills are capitalized into intangible capital stocks of an organization. The model is founded on the theoretical framework of the institutional competency-based perspective. The authors conclude how efficient and cumulative exploitation of the different forms of capital (i.e. human, social, political and cross-cultural) can help a company to maintain its competitive advantage and ultimately affect positively on the organizational performance. |
