Abstract: | The article examines the antecedents of consumer attitude and behavioural intention toward music piracy behaviour by studying two types of piracy: unauthorized duplication/download and pirated music product purchasing. The findings show that attributive satisfaction, perceived prosecution risk, consequences and social consensus are very important affecting factors. Also, in the second type of piracy behaviour, singer/band idolization and perceived proximity may have an influence. |
