Abstract:The objective of this study is to examine the effects of work-family conflict and family-work conflict on job stress, family satisfaction, life satisfaction and turnover intentions using a sample of frontline employees in international chain hotels in Jordan. Among others findings show that work-family conflicts had a significant positive influence on job stress while family-work conflict did not.
