| Abstract: | This article discusses issues of sociality and corporeal copresence, and how tourism is more and more concerned with producing social networks by visiting and the receiving hospitality of friends elsewhere. The authors bring out how tourism is not just isolation on a tropical island but a significant method of fulfilling social obligations. |
