Abstract: | This article discusses the marketing effectivenes of hospitality and tourism websites. The uthors develop a tool called the online promotion evaluation instrument with the aim of condencing 47 existing tools. The new instrument was tested in a random sample of 25 National Tourism Organization websites worldwide. The results are presented in this paper with implications for future research. |
