Abstract: | In this article, guided by Crompton's conceptualization, qualitative methods are used to examine the role of choice sets in tourists' decision-making processes. Further objective is to examine the underlying reasons and social influences for passengers' cruise vacation choice. Two group of cruisers, one consisting of tourist with complex decision-making process and the other consisting of brand loyal tourists, were identified. |
