Abstract:This study examines the correlation between corporate ethics programs and employee work attitudes. As a data set, survey information collected from 313 business professionals was used. The study found that corporate social responsibility (hereafter as: CSR) to some extent mediates perceived correlation between ethics codes and job satisfaction. The result suggests that CSR to some extent mediates positive association between ethics program variables and job satisfaction.
