| Abstract: | A challenging future if faced by managers (hereafter as: mgrs.) who will need to work smarter to achieve growth and profit targets of organizations. Senior mgrs. and boards see the market-place as getting more complex and challenging. With the increasing environmental turbulence, strategic (as: str.) issues challenging the way an organisation plans and implements its strategy emerge more frequently. Responsibilities and the balance of power and decision-making btw. those who manage and those who govern are brought into question etc. ...
