Abstract: | For hospitality organisations to improve organisational performance and strategic competitiveness, information technology (IT) is an important strategic asset. This article investigates the relationship between antecedents including information system quality, perceived value, and users' acceptance of hotel front office systems (HFOSs) by adopting an extended technology acceptance model (TAM). The study is able to find the acceptance of HFOSs from the perspective of hotel frontline employees through the external variables of information system quality and perceived value in order to enhance the model. |
