| Abstract: | Auditing procedures for plant construction projects, based on theoretical principles, the practical aspects and a form of suitable auditing report. Two appendixes are given: multi- factorial features and interconnection of the engineering contracting process, and quantifying subjective estimations of the future evolutions. The study reviews intrinsic nonlinear behaviour, Forrester's counter-intuitive behaviour, project sensitivity and problems. |
