| Abstract: | A new concept is presented here. The measures involved enable the quality of work to be improved economically and effectively for the personnel in every area and at all management levels. In the main, it is purposed to activating and promoting the activity-related learning processes associated with day-to-day company life. The prerequisites for this are suitable feedback procedures, which enable the staff to assess the quality of their activity correctly and to make the corresponding improvements. |
