| Abstract: | The numerous questions concerning the development of stress, burnout, and role problems among teacher trainees and beginning teachers resulted in four research questions. To this aim, a sample of 413 pre-professional trainees and first-year special education teachers was surveyed. Progress in the field of mental health depends on researcher's and practitioner's capacity to understand, explain, predict, and control phenomena of interest. |
