| Abstract: | The worksheet or spreadsheet program,now available on most personal computers, bring simple but powerful forecasting methods to management. Relatively boring computations are built into the model so that timely forecasts can be made over and over again enabling management to make both short range and more strategic decisions. The flexibility of worksheet program and computer combine to make frequent updating possible. |
