| Abstract: | Decentralized organization competency is based on quantitative, qualitative and time problems. Therefore a significant part of organizational formation work remains within the direct cooperation units. Self-organizing activities in corporate micro-organization shows potential efficiency in specific organizational requirements as against the central organizational work. This is supported by explorative studies in entrepreneurial practice. It is also obvious that especially lacking consciousness of organizational activity, time pressure as well as deficient methods and technics on the side of decentralized organizer mean a problem. |
