| Abstract: | In this article the author demonstrates the ways in which a famous British car maker remodeled its pay system, and how that revitalized manufacturing to a spectacular recovery. The conclusion is that ailing firms should re-examine their pay and salary systems, if the companies are firmly determined to improve their corporate welfare together with a satisfied labor force. |
