| Abstract: | The internal trainer's profile, and the increasing success of this function are aimed to be described. Distinctive capabilities between a trainer and an instructor are described, then the trainer's ability is analyzed. Communication skill, the analysis of needs, negotiation skill are held most important. The trainer must be able to receive information from different sources, and this situation contributes to give him the image of an expert. He must also be able to approach the revolution of the training market, and to give courses to grown-up persons, who already have an experience. He will have to take this into account during the evolution of his pedagogic strategy. |
