| Abstract: | Japanese-style management is not unique to Japan. Traditional Japanese management is undergoing significant change and has been introducing American-style management technique. Japanese and American management practices share a similar nature. By influencing one another, the companies of both countries will achieve higher productivity while maintaining a high level of quality control. |
