| Abstract: | The study of the intelligent aspects of an organization, organizational intelligence, is considered. Organizational intelligence may be defined as the total intellectual problem-handling capability of an organization. In fact it is exactly isomorphic to the orthodox process of operational research/management science practice.A tentative analysis of organizational intelligence, which is thought to operate in support of operational research/management science, follows. Although management science might be said to have demonstrated reasonable sucess so far, it seems conceivable that there is considerable room for improvement. |
