| Abstract: | The Minnesota Clerical Test /MCT/ is one of the most widely used methods of selecting clerical workers.Because of the increased use of video display terminals (VDTs) , the MCT might need to be modified. The MCT was administered to 34 subjects in three different forms: paper, VDT, and paper and VDT combined. The results proved that the standard MCT doesn't need revision. |
