| Abstract: | This article reports an investigation of the processes top management uses to produce changes in organisational schemas. It focuses on the nature of shared beliefs and the impact of the processes intended to change those beliefs. Data for the study were obtained from a 10-month field observation, organisation documents, surveys and interviews. |
