| Abstract: | The structure of the personal credit market has changed: more housing and car credit and leasing arrangements . 90 % of the work is routine. There are large productivity reserves which may be revealed by ABC and value analysis. Computerised systems for credit rating, risk analysis. The techniques liable to solve the above problems (value analysis , ABC analysis, the analysis of managerial success, credit information and control system, cost accounting) are presented. |
