| Abstract: | The Union of Radio and Television Network of Africa (URTNA) asks for more financial help from the African governments referring to its serious economic crisis. Some of the member states have been unable to pay their contributions for years due to the grave economic situation they live in. Special programs have been financed by international organizations but it means a minor help only. |
