| Abstract: | In Sweden, European Broadcast ministers have agreed to several main provisions of a Council Of Europe convention proposal on transfrontier TV. They agreed on advertising rules and cultural issues. They stressed the importance of pluralism, and public service television. A quota system for non-European programmes was also approved. |
