| Abstract: | The single European market has significant impact on the firms' strategies and so on the instructor's tasks. New aptitudes are indispensable for adjustment to the changing economic situations. The instructor's mission is to facilitate the learning of these new aptitudes. His function goes beyond the training aspect and enters into the cross functional communication. He is implicated in a regulation system among the different services or departments which aims at the determination of the objectives of firms by influencing the technical and administrational process. |
