Abstract:The demands on the market research industry will increase, as more companies are anxious to exploit the opportunities offered by the single market after 1992. A consumer-driven marketing will become even more important in guiding decision- making for successful marketing. Understanding companies' organizational framework and operating objectives can ensure that research is conducted and applied relevantly. Tailor-made approaches will become more important in the future.
